“My personal life vision is a world where personal growth inspires intentional action”.
In March of 2008, I woke up hanging by my seatbelt upside down in my car. I was going too fast, trying to do too much as usual. At that moment, it became clear to me that something in my life needed to change. A week later on a business trip, my boss and “guardian angel” Linda Baker suggested that I take a personal and professional development course and start executive coaching and my life was forever changed. I was so inspired by the transformation that I was experiencing that I began to dream about how I would bring this into the corporate world where it was, and is very much needed. I completed my John Maxwell Speaking, Coaching Training and then my IPEC training. I was in love with transformational process and teaching. At first, I brought the leadership and personal growth concepts into my Mortgage Insurance corporation offering to my clients and co-workers. Then I was abruptly let go from my job through an acquisition which turned out to be the perfect opportunity (although it didn’t feel like it at the time) to take the dive out of my comfort zone. I am so grateful I did because I could have easily jumped back into a safe salary and let go of my nagging dream.
Now, every day I get to work with people to guide them into new ways of approaching and thinking about business and life. I help them to let go of their limiting beliefs and step out of their comfort zones so they can be more productive and creative in their career and this always positively impacts their personal lives as well. And I do this through many venues such as one on one executive coaching, mastermind group, retreats, and workshops. I am so fortunate to do what I love by sharing my passion.
With 27+ years in Mortgage Finance as VP of strategic relationship development and management of large banking relationships, I am passionate about supporting others to success. By bringing me in to be a keynote speaker for your company or organization, I am committed to sharing how I have mastered business relationships through authenticity as well as a unique approach to leadership as a John Maxwell Team member. What this means for you is your business or organization will walk away with skills to collaborate and create productive and meaningful relationships to increase the bottom line. I will also share proven strategies for creating the work-life balance and well being allowing individuals to live a fulfilled lives.
Bronwyn’s “Be Bold” program helped me to identify the areas in which I wanted to develop myself. Her one-on-one coaching, combined with the collaborative group sessions, gave me a perspective I didn’t fully grasp prior to participating in her program. It has been an empowering opportunity to engage with other professional women, identify the ways we are all similar, and embrace the ways in which we are different. I’ve learned and grown so much in my thinking and my application of this new understanding over the course of a very quick month! I have boldly moved in the direction of action toward the goals I set for myself, and I’m looking forward to continued engagement with her and the amazing group of women I’ve met so far.
Bronwyn is the consummate pro. She kindly provided an in-depth interview for my monthly newsletter and upcoming book around Confidence at Work. She provided honest insight around the “confidence breaker” of being at the top of her professional game and losing her job. Readers said, what they appreciated most was Bronwyn’s raw honesty about her feelings AND strategies for moving forward.
Bronwyn’s own experience of being a leading producer and now a Career Coach specializing in professional transition is ideal skills to share with anyone who wants to explore next steps.
